I believe that psychotherapy is based on providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their emotions and needs..
When my children were 3 and 6 years old, I started to feel exhausted and lost. Until then, I had done all that was “expected” of me. I got married, completed my PhD, became a licensed Psychologist, found a niche, and started a practice.
I had my children during my PhD, which included fertility treatments, and I continued to live life living up to other’s expectations and I wasn’t feeling very alive. To be perfectly honest, I was feeling like life was just a thing to get through, even though I had the blessing of a family, friends, and a great career.
As a psychologist I am very privileged and grateful that being curious about relationships, events, and the self are part of my career. So I spent a great deal of time exploring and understanding patterns and the impacts of those patterns.
Through my curiosity, experience, and love of solving puzzles I expanded my own growth and created various transformation programs to creatively unlock our innate wisdom so we can navigate life with greater ease and flow.
With a special interest in parenting, fertility, and inner child work, I believe anything is possible – that’s why they call me The Possibility Psychologist™.
I am so excited to help you awaken the possibility within yourself.

I had my children during my PhD, which included fertility treatments, and I parented as I thought I should. But something always felt off to me.
I watched as my children became little “obeyers,” trying to keep us pleased. At first, it seemed great that they were learning to “listen,” but soon after, I realized their unique sensitivities and curious personalities were starting to fade.
I decided to change how I parented. I challenged expectations and norms and I witnessed incredible changes and growth in my children that I never imagined!
I have created various transformation programs to creatively unlock our innate wisdom and navigate life with greater ease and flow.

Renewed Parent Newborn Sessions™ is for Ontario parents with a child between the ages of 3-24 months. If you are the parent of an older child, please email us at drjuliasenparenting@gmail.com for information on other programs
Can I do this program if I’m not a parent?
Renewed Parent Newborn Sessions™ is exclusive to parents with children between the ages of 3 and 24 months. If you are looking for an environment where you will make deep connections with other like-minded individuals including your own inner child, you might love our Awakening the Wisdom Within™ program.
Each cohort is designed to have about 6 people. We like to keep these groups intimate to build trust and to make sure everyone has a chance to share.
Unfortunately, OHIP doesn’t cover private psychologists, but most insurance companies do.
We enroll this program a few times each year. Fill out your name and email address at the top of this page and we will put you on the waitlist for the next session.
